Every piece is made-to-order, crafted fresh as soon as you check out. Because of that, shipping times can vary depending on the item and where you’re located.

Processing Time

Before your order hits the road, it goes through production.
Most items take 2–7 business days to create. Oversized or specialty items may take a little longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order is produced, it ships out through our trusted carriers. Typical delivery times:

U.S. Orders: 7-10 business days
International Orders: 7–21 business days (varies based on your region and customs)

Shipping times are estimates and may shift due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number emailed to you. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to show movement after the label is created.

If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, we can’t replace or refund the order for free. Please double-check your details before submitting.

Lost or Stalled Packages

If your package goes missing or stops moving for an unreasonable amount of time, reach out.
If the carrier confirms it’s lost, we’ve got you—your replacement is on the way.
