Return Policy

Because all of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or change of preference. However, we stand behind the quality of our items and will gladly replace any order that arrives defective, misprinted, damaged, or lost in transit.

Eligible Returns & Replacements

We will issue a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • Defective or Misprinted Items
    If your item arrives with a printing error, defect, or quality issue.

  • Damaged Items
    If your product is damaged upon arrival.

  • Lost in Transit
    If your package never arrives or is confirmed lost by the carrier.

How to Request a Replacement

To help us process your request quickly, please contact us within 7–14 days of receiving your order and include:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Photos clearly showing the defect, misprint, or damage (if applicable)

Once the issue is verified, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each product is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Wrong size or incorrect measurements provided by the customer

  • Items used or worn

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Normal wear and tear

Shipping Issues

If your item is delayed, please allow a reasonable buffer for carrier processing times. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement.
